Strategic Context

As part of our initial work to understand your organisation we will undertake an initial strategic assessment of your organisation to understand your organisation’s readiness and capability to implement the Strategic and Operational Excellence Model.Strategic and Operational Excellence Model - Strategic Context

Based on the outputs from the initial strategic assessment, we will work with your management team to outline the future state design or “Blueprint” for your organisation. We identify any interim stages on the way to the final destination. In our experience these interim states help to build recognition for the change and also help stakeholders feel comfortable with incremental change rather than, what can be ‘a leap’ into the unknown of a final state vision.

Complex strategic change initiatives often falter because organisations fail to engage effectively and communicate properly with their personnel and stakeholders.  We will support you to align your workforce with your strategic priorities and develop change plans that guide the workforce along paths to new ways of working. This requires a systemic and holistic approach to improving the capacity and capability of the organisation, in order to drive performance and aligning its vision, strategies, stakeholders, managers and staff within a common integrated management environment.

As part of the initial work we will identify key benefits for the programme.  We will develop a Benefits Realisation and Management Framework to identify, optimise, track and deliver the Programme’s expected benefits for your organisation.

We will work with you to develop management and leadership strategies to ensure that your organisation can operate effectively in the current complex and dynamic environment.
