Diploma in Project & Programme Management  

The Diploma in Project and Programme Management is designed to meet the needs of managers responsible for programmes or projects, who wish to extend their skills and knowledge to embrace further programme and project management disciplines. The programme provides the skills needed in today’s dynamic environment to successfully define, plan and manage projects and programme.

The programme move beyond the single methodology approaches and provide practical programme and project management skills. Our approach is based on deep knowledge and successful practical experience of delivering complex programmes.  The concepts presented are reinforced through demonstrations and structured exercises.

The programme is developed in collaboration with Chartered Management institute (CMI) and Association of Project Managers (APM) Group and is accredited and awarded by CMI. The qualification reflects the needs of people working in those disciplines, as well as promoting and supporting continued learning and development.

Entry Requirements

It is expected that delegates will already be working in a Programme or Project Management environment, although the qualification is also open to learners wishing to build on their general management skills. The course director will also take into account your management experience.
